RC Willey Microsoft passwords can be reset using Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). Every associate has an RC Willey Microsoft account and email address. If you are locked out or need to do a password reset, open a browser and go to:

1. Sign in using your RC Willey email address. Click Next.
2. Left-click the Forgot my password link.
3. this will bring up the "Get back into your account" screen. Verify that the email address is correct and fill out the characters you see in the image (called a "Captcha"), then click Next.
4. Next you need to choose if you forgot your password and need to reset it or if you are locked out and need to unlock yourself. Click
"I forgot my password" for forgotten or expired passwords or
"I know my password, but still can't sign in" for users who are locked out for too many attempts.
Click Next.
5. Both options will take you to the verification screen where you will need to enter a code from your computer screen into the authenticator app. Choose "Approve a notification on my authenticator app." Then click "Send Notification." You will then be given a two number code which must be entered into your Authenticator app. The required code may differ from the screen shot below. Once the notification is approved, click Next.
5a. If you selected password reset instead of unlock, you will be prompted to enter a new password. Afterward, you can click on the "click here" option to sign in like normal with your new password.
5b. If you selected the password unlock option you can click the click here option to sign in like normal with your existing password.
