iPhone message - "The Apps on this Device are Already Managed"
Users may see a message on their iPhone when trying to log into Outlook (or other Microsoft apps). The message appears after they sign in and enter their 2FA code. The message is similar to the following:
This appears to only show one account but actually shows two. The blank area above the rcwilley.com email is actually an account as well. For some reason, the iPhone is not displaying the account name.
Tapping the blank area will remove the "phantom" account and will allow Outlook to apply MAM policies and finish the sign-in process.
