You will be prompted to restart Outlook to enable the Organization's security. Tap "OK."
You'll be prompted for your password to sign into Outlook after it restarts.
You'll be prompted to create a PIN. NOTE: this is not a device PIN. This is used only to access Microsoft Apps.
You will need to remember this PIN. Outlook and other Microsoft Apps will prompt you for this PIN, or for your FaceID or fingerprint periodically.
You can now see and work with your email in Outlook.
Optional: Turn on and Allow notifications if you want to receive a notification when you receive an email.
Prompt for Microsoft Authenticator
You may be prompted to install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. Click "Get the app" and follow the instructions.
Recommended: Save your RC Willey contacts to your iPhone.
Launch the Outlook app on your smartphone. In the top-left corner, tap your profile icon.
From the menu that opens, at the bottom-left corner, select “Settings” (a gear icon).
Open your Office 365 Mail Account.
Under Account Settings, click Save Contacts.
Then click the Save to my iPhone to save your RC Willey contacts to your iPhone.
Recommended: Setup the Microsoft Edge web browser. To open links from RC Willey emails, you will need to use the Microsoft Edge browser. Safari or Chrome will not work.

Recommended: Get rid of Focused Inbox on your phone.
Launch the Outlook app on your smartphone. In the top-left corner, tap your profile icon.
From the menu that opens, at the bottom-left corner, select “Settings” (a gear icon).
Scroll down the Settings and turn off “Focused Inbox.”
Outlook on your phone will no longer separate your emails; it’ll display all your emails together. Enjoy!
