Creating Message Rules in Outlook Online
It's pretty straightforward to create rules to filter your incoming messages in Outlook on the web. You can use rules to sort incoming messages into folders, delete unwanted messages, forward emails to other addresses, reply to messages, or apply labels and categories to messages.
1. Right-click one of the messages you want to filter. Go down to "Advanced actions." Click on "Create rule"
2. On the "Create a rule" dialog box, click on "More options"
3. Select the conditions and the action. Under Conditions, you can look for messages from a particular address, or with particular words in the subject or body of the email, etc. Actions include deleting the message, marking it, or forwarding it to other email addresses.
