Jabber Login Fails after Upgrade
Symptom:
After upgrading Jabber, users cannot log in anymore.
Issue:
Settings for the old Jabber remain on the PC after the update.
Solution:
Install the new Jabber Client using the command line. Add the CLEAR=1 argument. This will remove the old settings and allow login once the new version is installed. Adjust the command based on the location of the installation file.
