How to Login and Search Orders in DocuWare - Individual Users
1. In Chrome, go to: http://docuware.rcwilley.corp/docuware
Create a bookmark for this site. You’ll need to use it every time you access DocuWare.
2. Click on The dropdown list and select “Windows Account”
3. Leave the Organization box blank and click “Login”
4. You’ll be taken to the homepage. Close the tutorial if necessary by clicking on the X in the upper right corner of the tutorial box. Uncheck “Show this Tutorial again” at the bottom if you don’t want the tutorial to show again.
5. Please complete your profile the first time you log in by Clicking on your name in the upper right, then on “My Profile.”
6. Fill in your information. Use your RC Willey email address. Click Save and Close
7. You are now at the docuware home screen. You can use the system now.
8. To search, click on the “Customer” button with the magnifying glass at the top of the screen.
9. Verify that you’re searching Customer - ORDER. If not, click the arrow on the search button and choose the proper document type.
10. You can search on any of the fields listed. Fill in the search terms and click on the Search button. You can even use more than one field to help limit results. (e.g. An account number and a range of invoice dates). NOTE: Currently, there are some display issues when searching or displaying order numbers and account numbers 1) You have to enter the number in two boxes. Enter it in the first box and hit the tab key. 2) The numbers appear formatted differently - just ignore the commas and other formatting. These issues will go away in the future.
11. Your search results will appear in the left pane. You can sort by any column - just click on the column header. Sort order is indicated by a small up or down arrow in the column header.
12. Double click on the document you’d like to view. It will open in the right pane. To move through the documents in the search list you can either double click another document in the left pane, or use the navigation arrows in the document preview pane.
13. There are two ways to print. 1) Right-click the document you want to print → Print → as PDF with (or without) annotations. 2) Enable the tools in the preview pane by clicking the arrow in the upper left, and click the print icon.
14. When finished, log out of DocuWare by clicking your username and choosing “Log out”
